深圳市光华伟业实业有限公司成立于2002年，位于深圳高新区，是一家致力于聚乳酸（PLA）、聚己内酯（PCL）和乳酸酯等生物材料产业化的高新技术企业，公司于2009年通过了高新技术企业认定，是低碳生物材料产学研创新联盟理事长，中国生物降解材料行业协会副会长，深圳市塑胶协会副会长，深圳市新材料协会副会长． 公司注重科技创新．与清华大学、北京大学、武汉大学等高校形成了密切的科研合作，并通过组织低碳生物材料产学研创新联盟，形成了产业链上下游间产学研相结合的合作格局，搭建了良好的产业发展平台。
公司在湖北孝感市建有占地550亩的环境友好型材料产业园，在广州、上海、天津、武汉等地设有分公司，在香港和欧洲设立了合资公司，为实现发展战略奠定了产业布局和营销网络布局的基础。2009年，随着公司产业园投入使用，公司迈入一个全新的发展纪元。公司力争在5-10年内成为可生物降解材料行业的领军者之一。
